The Best Tea of 2009

Another stolen blog prompt: What was the best tea you had in 2009?

For me, it's definitely the Chai Tea Syrup recipe by Lucy Knisley.





I've drank a lot of this already this winter. It's super easy to make and absolutely DELICIOUS.

    I've been dying to make this forever (okay--for a month or so) and I'd be off to the shops right now, demanding cloves, if they weren't closed.
    Fuck it.

    also FYI: It's cheapest to buy whole cloves and crush them yourself :)
