Birthdays and BeHeadings

Happy Birthday: You will be torn between having fun and being productive, so don't let your fun-loving, free-spirited side lead you in the wrong direction. Discipline will be the key to your success and advancement. Staying fit and maintaining a healthy diet and attitude can be accomplished if you make the right choices. Your numbers are 2, 12, 15, 21, 28, 39, 46

Today I turn(ed) another year older. I usually have to force myself to enjoy birthdays because otherwise I get caught up in the speed of time and worry too much.

Here are some famous beheadings for your time:

Lady Jane Grey

Only queen for 9 days, she was executed for treason during the oppression of Protestantism.

Marie Antoinette

Famous monarch of France before the revolution, she and all of her family (excepting their daughter) met the fate of the guillotine.

Mary, Queen of Scots

a Catholic figurehead, not given protection by even her cousin, Queen Elizabeth.

Sir Walter Raleigh

Explorer, discoverer of potatoes (see: Blackadder), he fell out of fashion with Queen Elizabeth I.

Maximilien Robespierre

One of the most influential figures of the French Revolution, he went a bit crazy with executions, and fell victim to one himself.

Just to be clear: I have no wish to go by guillotine, or beheading with an axe, or anything similar. I want to enjoy the crazy miracle that is life, something from nothing, for as long as possible.
